Making peoples day on all fronts: Greeting customers, building client relationships, and assisting members with their questions in a friendly, conversational manner.
Assist check in members for classes, give personal tours of facility.
Perform office/administrative duties.
Prepare smoothie orders/stock and maintain fuel bar.
Cheerful and professional public relations at all times memorizing names/faces.

GROUP INSTRUCTOR CAREER OVERVIEW:
Fit Factory Fitness is searching for elite Group Fitness & Boxing Instructors to lead, instruct, and motivate Fit Factory classes.
Customer-Service Skills. Instructors must have a unique/fun energy and establish/maintain relationships with clients on behalf of Fit Factory.
Motivational Skills. To keep clients coming back, Instructors must keep their clients engaged throughout the workout.
Physical Fitness. Instructors must be physically fit, as their job requires a considerable amount of exercise. Instructors need to participate in classes and demonstrate exercises, as necessary.
Problem-Solving Skills. Instructors must provide regressions and progressions for clients with differing abilities.
Communication Skills. Instructors must be able to communicate and deliver exercise cues/movements to clients in an professional, clear, and motivating manner.
Listening Skills. Instructors must be able to "read the room.”
Time Management. Instructors must be proficient in delivering a multi-dimensional workout, while delegating their attention to all areas of the class concurrently.
Programing and choreographing classes - which includes complete class design from start to finish in accordance with Fit Factory guidelines.
Monitoring client execution of exercises and correcting techniques to minimize injury and maximize results.
Completed post-secondary education preferred.
Completed courses/certifications in personal training and/or group fitness.
2 years of group fitness experience preferred.
